Achievements

Reyza was selected as the music arranger and music producer for MLLPC's Orang Singapura, a project commemorating Pak Zubir Said's best works, an idea championed by Singapore's Second Minister of Education, Dr Maliki Osman.

With the support of National Arts Council, Reyza produced a digital showcase of his originals in 2022. These originals were supposed to be released in 2020 but was held back due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Dunia Digital was produced in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, with the support of National Arts Council in 2020. This was the first digital showcase ever produced and directed by Reyza as he transitions his music to the digital world.

Reyza launched his 2nd album on 28th of July 2019 at Wisma Geylang Serai.

in 2018, Reyza organised Melody Of Love, a songwriting competition with the support of MUIS. 

Reyza’s list of clients in Malaysia includes legendary composer, Dato’ Wah Idris, who has composed the theme songs to Malaysia’s Tourism anthem.  Here, Reyza stands with the legendary composer, holding the Malaysian Icon Award at the Brand Laureate Awards in 2017.

Reyza became the Managing Director for 6 STRINGS STUDIO on March 17 and officially embarked on the journey of Music Production with his own studio in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Reyza was then featured on the cover of Manja Magazine on the August 2016 issue. His first ever appearance on a cover of a magazine!

Reyza’s collaboration with Caprice and Nadi Singapura bagged him a Best Collaboration nomination alongside big names such as Siti Nurhaliza, Cakra Khan, Sleeq and Ungu. This is his 3rd consecutive nomination at the annual regional award show, Anugerah Planet Muzik.

Reyza released his first crossover EP, titled 'CHEESE' with the support of National Arts Council. 5 new English originals.The EP was launched on August 2023 at Esplanade Outdoor Theatre.

​Reyza was one of the musical directors and arrangers working on this digital showcase that fuses Malay traditional music with Pop, R&B, Soul and Rock. Again with the support of National Arts Council.

Reyza wrote, composed and produced the theme song for Mediacorp Suria’s 20th anniversary.

SPH’s Berita Harian Singapore visited Reyza Hamizan at the 6 Strings Studio Office at Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

Reyza arranged and co-produced Rosalina Musa's single, Cinta WA with Aiyad Sakti.

Reyza released his single, INFINITI, a duet with Diana Danielle featuring NeonSoul on the 27th of November in 2018.

Reyza arranged and produced legendary Malaysian composer, Dato' Wah Idris's theme song, That's You! for the Brand Laureate Awards in Malaysia in 2018.

Reyza bagged the Best Theme Song/Soundtrack category in Mediacorp Suria’s inaugural bi-annual award show, Pesta Perdana 2017, honoring the best in Singapore’s Malay television Industry.

From the beginning of 2016, Reyza ventured into Malaysia and managed to strike a distribution deal under Warner Music Malaysia. His first single “Bisik” was launched and distributed officially by Warner Music Malaysia and has since penetrated the airwaves of Malaysia. 

Reyza’s fourth consecutive nomination at the regional awards show Anugerah Planet Muzik! This time it’s a nomination under the Most Popular Singapore Song for 2016!

Reyza ended a great year in 2015 preparing for his pre-show concert at Esplanade Concourse and Outdoor Theatre, being the opening act before legendary M Nasir & Ramli Sarip’s concert at Esplanade on the 1st of January 2016!

3 of the theme songs/soundtracks composed and produced by Reyza Hamizan, got nominated in the Best Theme Song category at Mediacorp Suria’s bi-annual award show, Pesta Perdana13!
